1. Services Provided

ViteOps provides task automation consulting and implementation services. The "Test Before You Pay" offer applies to the initial prototype phase as agreed upon during our consultation.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide necessary access to APIs, software tools, and workflow information required to build the automations. ViteOps is not liable for issues arising from third-party software changes.

3. Payment & Delivery

Following a successful prototype test, the final scope of work and pricing will be agreed upon in writing before the final deployment phase begins.
